unit 10

well everyone this has been a fun quarter and a new and fun experience learning to blog. I have learned alot about reasearch papers and I think I have improved my skills for the future. I learned a lot of new ways to revise and give feed back to others . I found the information that i found on my topic to be very interesting and I learned alot from this paper. I will not continue my blog but I did enjoy the opportunity. It was a fun way to learn. I hope everyone had a great time in this class and I wish everyone luck in their future careers.

unit 9

Writing my paper was a very long learning experience. I think I struggled the most with the revising. I am still putting some finishing touches on the paper but it is almost ready to turn in. I didnt really get much of any feedback on my paper except from my professor so I wish I could of had more help and I wish I would have recieved more papers from fellow classmates to help them out. I am glad to be at the end of the process of getting this paper done and ready to see what kind of grade I recieve on it. I think we all worked very hard on this quarter and we are all probably a little tired.

unit 8

Starting a blog was a totally new thing for me and it has been fun to do something new but I dont think I will keep my blog after this class is over. I don't really have time in the day to keep up with it but I can see why people like to do them. They are interesting and it's nice to read others views and opinions about what you write or their thoughts on different subjects. This was a different type of assignment for a class but it was fun and a good idea. I think it's good to practice free writting and practice your skills on expressing your self through writing.

unit 7

I usually get great help from peer reviews. Having other people openly critique your work. It's a non bias opinion that can give you opinions on how you can improve your paper. It's important to take their help with an open mind and use it to yoru advantage instead of being upset about what someone has to say. Always feel good about what you write. You should feel proud of what you have accomplished and acheived in your writing. I hope everyone has a great holiday season and a happy new year. I wish all of you and your families the best.

unit 6

The last six weeks have not been too eventful. We found out my husbands deployment will be moved up with the annoucements from the president. My mom also had to have a kidney removed. But it has been pretty quite around the house. Just been focusing on school and work. Right now I am trying to figure out how I will be able to do clinicals and keep my job I cant afford to just not work at all. I guess thats one of the joys of going back to school when your older but I am sure ill work it out some how.

Unit5

Well so far school has been going really good. I am glad that I choose to do school online. It has been so much more convienent with having to work full time also. Right now school is helping me to stay on track and feel motivated to go some where in life. I am excited to get into my career and get started on that path. School helps me to spend less money also cause I stay home to do homework instead of going out as much lol. I feel more organized and able to multi task in my life with juggling all the things I have going on. I have been able to keep up with 3 classes so far so I am hoping I can keep that up.

unit 4

I think I can see how someone might accidentally plagiarise by trying to rewrite something from a book but I think its important that we don't do that and we put things in our own words and be sure to give credit to who ever we got those ideas from. If someone took some thing I worked hard on and tried to make it out to be there own I would be very upset. You work on something and you deserve the recognition of people knowing that you are the one who created it. In one of my other classes a girl was kicked out for plagiarism so I know for a fact that Kaplan does not play when it comes to this and I fully agree with their views on that. I think taking something and putting it your own words is a great study tool case it makes you think about it in a way that you understand. I always try to be sure to cite all my sources and give credit where credit is due.
